Title: fails on 2 character x coordinates in the 80s and 90s
Name: c. moses
Date: 11/5/2014 4:52:00 PM
Comment:
example:
x:-99.12345,y:54
one solution is to add another alternation for 2 digit x coordinates, e.g.,
(180(\.0+)?|[0-1][0-7]?[0-9](\.\d+)?|[0-9]?[0-9](\.\d+)?)
although there is probably a better way.
