A total of 10 to 20 grams of protein is ideal, he says. And wrap a piece of bread around that turkey, because carbs can raise insulin; this slows protein breakdown, which speeds muscle growth after your workout. http://www.kamagrafx.com/

Title: Extension to select JavaScript attribute as well
Name: Barnabas Kendall

Thanks a million for this great pattern. Here's a slight extension to allow you to capture the actual attribute as well, in case you are trying to remove all JavaScript from the page: (?i:on(blur|c(hange|lick)|dblclick|focus|keypress|(key|mouse)(down|up)|(un)?load|mouse(move|o(ut|ver))|reset|s(elect|ubmit))) ?= ?(?<open>['"])?.*?(\<open>|>) This works whether or not the attribute has single quotes, double quotes, or no quotes at all to set off the JavaScript.

Hey Michael, do yourself a favour and run this pattern through the RegexCoach :-) http://regexblogs.com/dneimke/archive/2003/11/25/189.aspx Take a look at the tree that it creates for it. Note: You will have to remove the named captures when you run it through that tool.
