Not good - do not use for full verification - use only for general format if you're not concerned about a full and proper format.
Makes no allowance for:
first char must not be D,F,I,O,U or V
second char must not be D,F,I,O,Q,U or V
1st two chars must not be GB, BG, NK, TN or ZZ
