RCY permanent magnet iron remover

Besides, it has enough magnetic field to reach the national standard. Rare earth Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic material is used as the magnetic source, which has stable and reliable magnetic properties and super strong suction. It has good removal effect for large and small impurity iron, and can absorb ferromagnetic impurities buried in the deeper part of the material. The main models are rcy-a, rcy-b permanent magnet iron remover and rcy-c permanent magnet self unloading iron remover (the driving motor has two types of explosion-proof and non explosion-proof). All the technical indexes meet the standards of JB / T 8711-2006 and JB / T 10886-2008.

RCY-A permanent magnetic iron remover is specially used for iron ore dressing industry. It is used to remove iron impurities scattered in iron ore, and will not suck high-grade magnetic iron ore out of ore. It belongs to manual iron remover.

RCY-C permanent magnet self discharging iron remover is suitable for iron removal in various industries, and can continuously absorb and discard iron. The belt has the function of automatic deviation correction, low noise, reliable operation and simple maintenance. It is an automatic iron remover. In addition, the magnetic field intensity and magnetic field gradient at the rated height are far greater than the standard of ordinary international iron remover, so it is called super permanent magnet iron remover higher than the national standard. In order to meet the requirements of different users, the super magnetic field is divided into three levels: T1, T2 and T3. The suction at the rated height is 2.33 times, 4.44 times and 7.55 times of the national standard ordinary iron remover.
